Must be successfully completed prior to booking a daycare or boarding stay.

Note: For the assessment, dogs are dropped off (owners do not stay).

All dogs are required to have up-to-date vaccine records for the following vaccinations at the time of the assessment.

• Parvovirus

• Distemper

• Rabies (If 6 months or older)

Bordetella vaccine is highly recommended but not required.

Dogs over the age of one year, one month must be neutered or spayed to attend The Belly Rub Club. Some exceptions may be made for dogs required to be intact such as show dogs, those on contract with breeders etc.
