HERE ARE SOME TIPS AND GUIDLINES FOR A SMOOTH AND SAFE EXPERIENCE AT THE BELLY RUB CLUB

Our parking lot is one way only, East to West. Please do not park in a spot when coming to drop-off or pick-up your dog.
Please use all 3 drive up lanes in the lot so client traffic does not back up on to Roblin Boulevard.
We are a flexi-free facility. Please only bring your dog on a standard, non-retractable leash.
All dogs MUST wear a daycare safe, quick release collar. No chains, no martingale style, no belt buckle style.
Our doors are kept locked 24 hours a day for safety reasons.
Our daycare hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 7:00AM to 6:30PM, Saturdays 8:00AM to 6:00PM, Sundays and most holidays 9:00AM to 5:00PM.
We offer overtime for dogs that need to be picked up after hours. For $10.00 your dogs reservation can be extended by up to 3 hours after closing.
It is not required to pre-book for daycare, however it is appreciated!
Latest daycare drop off is 2:00PM daily.
If you are providing lunch for your dog, please pack it in a plastic reusable container. Absolutely no glass!
For overnight boarding stays, please do not pre-portion food. For stays 4+ nights, please provide us with the whole bag or container you use to store your dogs food*. This rule is not required for daycare or short boarding stays (1-3 nights). *Exceptions to this would be raw food.
Check-in and Check-out times for boarding stays are during daycare hours only.
We offer same day nail trims, pawdicures and brush outs at your request.
Grooming appointments must be made by phone call only. We will not book over email or text message.
